3,000 Americans Dead in Iraq

The year is ending with another milestone.

3,000 dead American soldiers.

For what?

Click HERE to see the "Faces of the Dead".

John Kerry once testified:

"We are asking Americans to think about that because how do you ask a man to be the last man to die in Vietnam? How do you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake? But we are trying to do that, and we are doing it with thousands of rationalizations...."
What Senator Kerry said in 1971 echoes today.

Echoes with a somber note of young American men and women making the ultimate sacrifice for a lie.

It is time for a new direction in America!

Keep on Coming John! We have got your back!

Bob

It's sad how society just never learns. It is high time we change course in Iraq. Lives are being lost and nobody in the Adminstration has a clue how to proceed.

John Kerry was right about Vietnam and he is right about Iraq. Maybe that is why your site is being infested with RW parasites, Bob.

Thank you for continuing to remind us what a true hero and patriot Senator Kerry is and has been for over 3 decades.

What is truly compelling, yet sad is how John Kerry's words from 1971 continue to resonate to this day. I think even the likes of Scarborough have been invoking those immortal words as of late.

May 2007 be the year where we start to see the light again in this country.

Keep up the good work, Bob. I get the occasional Swift Boat loon over at my blog too, but dispensing of them gets easier and easier.

Happy New Year, and great post today over on Kerry's blog.

Todd, how do you dispense them? It won't be so easy with me! Give me your URL; I'll visit.

Thanks Todd.

I leave Michael's comments up because one of my values is the free exchange of ideas. Thanks for the kind words on my comment over on the Kerry blog.

Have a wonderful 2007.

This article is the best example of why we in the Democratic party need a real leader to carry the banner for us in 2008..............

The 2004 election was about Bush and Iraq, we lost because our nominee was to chickens**t to say that going to war with Iraq was a mistake and that Bush made us less safe by making that choice........

The best way for us to make sure a tragedy like this war doesn't happen again, is for the Democratic Party to nominate a WINNER in 2008, somebody who knows how to win an election and isn't afraid to do or say something gutsy if a poll shows its contraversial.........

Oh, and Michael,
please, shut up.....

Jael, I'll NEVER shut up. My sole existence is to drive you liberals nuts! With you, I'm doing a great job!
