John Kerry Responds!
Senator Kerry has responded to the President's address to the nation from Jackson Square in New Orleans. Kerry stated:
Instead of asking for Americans to bear the burden of paying for this massive Katrina relief, Bush claims he will cut the funds from other programs instead of raising taxes.
America deserves better.

No American doubts that New Orleans will rise again, they doubt the competence and commitment of this Administration. Weeks after Katrina, Americans want an end to politics-as-usual that leaves them dangerously and unforgivably unprepared. Americans want to know that their government will be there when it counts with leadership that keeps them safe, not speeches in the aftermath to explain away the inexcusable."Thank you Senator Kerry!

He is as realistic as we want to make him. He hears America and knows America better the "dubya" ever will. Get out and vote! That is the Reality TV I want to see!
